By: Jon Kabat-Zinn Ph.D c - 1991 ----

A good read and a very good teaching. ----

This book is not only an instruction of how to achive 'Mindfulness', it also is the path to understanding what meditation is about. ----

The book is written in three parts w/supporting Quotes of other masters. ---- A relaxing read for me and for myself the path will be simpler. ----

Mindfulness for the rest of us...helped me no longer be annoyed with traffic and generally more calm. A classic for a reason.
