The Flash gets a chance to go back in time and right a violent, decades-past crime against his mother. However, the ripples of his good intentions prove disastrous, as a fractured, alternate reality now exists in place of the familiar one. Superman is nowhere to be found, and Batman is a grittier, more violent Dark Knight. Together, with Cyborg, they race to restore the continuity of Flash's original timeline, while this new one is ravaged by war between the armies of Wonder Woman and Aquaman.

I agree it is grim, bitter, and violent. The storyline was nothing special. The dark theme reminds me of The Butterfly Theory, but not as interesting. Waste of my time.

I borrowed this because of all the positive comments. I will never trust those commenters again. It was alright but expected more darkness. But there again it was probably suited for pre-teens

Grim in tone and violent in content, this is no Saturday morning cartoon Justice League story. On the whole I preferred the recent "Crisis on Two Earths" animated film, with a similar story, better.

Well written and produced. It s interesting to watch for a middle schooler or adult comics fan

Justice League, Flash Paradox: From at any point in DC's lifespan, it, J.L. definitely showcased a DC world viewpoint that only maybe a few of us have ever had sense to see and feel. I know with my experience, life is seemingly more composed of the uncertain, if not only uncertain and unknown...and that I am easily the sum and differences of any and all existence(s) and/or (any or all) non-existence(s); so in verity, I thought and felt, J.L. was a nice portrayal and portrait of what one believes to be true and that there isn't necessarily (an) actual truth to anything, to anything at all. Rating: 4.7/5.0; Xandor Who

An adaptation of the miniseries (with elements of its tie-ins), this follows a nightmarish world in which the heroes of the DC universe have gone in different directions, some at each other's throats, because of a shift in a pivotal event in the past. It's interesting enough- though the animation style feels off at times, almost as if there are slight manga influences on occasion.

Good and arguably better, albeit different, than its source material.

This was incredible! It was dark, gritty, and left me on the edge of my seat! I have never seen an alternate universe out of control like this one, and it was definitely worth the wait. This one was just as great-if not better to Justice League: Doom. I can't wait to see their next movie! I give this one a 5/5, no questions asked! :D

Pretty crazy movie, the story is interesting enough but there just isn't a whole lot of meat here and its yet another in a long line of "we can do whatever we want as long as it's an alternate universe/timeline/etc" DC publications. Worth a watch.
