It is a discussion of origins of food from the primitive times, primeval, European, Asian influences. Must say it is the most colorful foods that are mention so don't be upset if Thai, Vietnamese, Korean aren't mention. It is worth listening to for appreciation of what we get served up, or to what we decide to plate up and force into our mouths.
