Do you know what your retirement account will be worth on the day you plan to tap into it? Do you know what the tax rates will be for the rest of your life? Do you know how long you're going to live? Most people have no clue...and that's the problem with conventional financial planning: It's based on things you can't predict or control. I have to disagree. After reading this book and Becoming Your Own Banker, I started my first policy. As a finance major in college, it surprised me that this information was never even mentioned.

Don't get hung up on using whole life insurance. It is the vehicle that allows the tax-free benefits and liquidity that your 401k or IRA don't.

After starting my second policy, I was able to pay off all my credit card debt, buy investment real estate properties, and now I plan on paying off my mortgage.

Thank you Tgenova. It's very helpful when somebody gives an intelligent and concise review of a non-fiction book, especially when it regards something as important as this subject.
Again Thank you Tgenova,

Sorry to say this book is nothing more than an infomercial for the whole-life insurance industry. The entire book is dedicated to showing how buying a whole-life policy from an early age will make you and your family wealthy. (Of course you have to die to collect the money.) I laughed out loud when I came to the graphic example of how much a 60 year old person's policy would be worth after paying only $1,000 a month, every month, starting at birth. Yes, starting at birth! Don't waste you time with this book.
