Pick up Cary Grant - A Class Apart, by Graham McCann, instead of this praisefest: my guess is that anyone who was not a pal, or who didn't want to seem unfriendly to him, was passed over when this was compiled, and that it was published just after his death -- so no-one wanted to provide anecdotes casting him in a poor light. McCann's book is head and shoulders better. See my review on the OPL's page for it, where I explain some of the differences between the 2 books.
