Read in an analogical way, what is written can be used in a myriad of ways in life, excluding personal relationships. Read more literally, its a bit awkward to sort out what he is saying without drawings or someone with whom the reader can try out the various techniques. The manner of writing is rather brusque. It seems that the Star Wars movies used Japanese swordsmanship for the Jedi knight light sabre battles.
