David Rockefeller was born in 1915, the youngest child of John D. Rockefeller, Jr., one of the richest men in the United States, and the great patron of modern art Abby Aldrich Rockefeller. He graduated from Harvard College in the depths of the Depression, when the capitalist order, which his grandfather had helped to create, was under relentless attack. He studied at the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago, where he earned a Ph.D.
He worked briefly for New York City's flamboyant mayor Fiorello La Guardia before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1942. His service as an intelligence officer in North Africa and France brought him into contact with many of the individuals who would soon dominate European politics and gave him a unique perspective on the events and personalities that eventuated in the "twilight struggle" of the Cold War.
Rockefeller joined the Chase bank in 1946 as an assistant manager in the Foreign Department and rose through the ranks to become chairman of the board and chief executive officer. During that time, he struggled constantly to modernize and internationalize the bank's operations, often against a conservative and risk-averse corporate culture.

With all of the rambling that StarGladiator is doing on business relations, in those years. That person obviously would have preferred all investments lost, that were invested by my family before the war even began. Those same investments that supported legitimate businesses before those issues. There are business interests. Too bad when it comes to truth's, people such as that person(s) feel that it's anti semetic, yet due to the middle east situation, the semitics there seam to be against everyone but themselves. How does a nation cry foul for so long, and allow someone(s) like you to even exist the way you do? Outside of interventions of other international conflicts to lessen further war, there's been a much more limited war issue in Germany, Italy, and Japan since WW2; yet in the case oif Isreal, there's been an ongoing war since. They are not vbeing picked on, they are picking fight's. By the way, that star is as martial arts symbol, and was, and is used as war symbols, in case you are not trying to grow, and reach the heights of the stars in the UNIVERSE. Hense forth your name. You're a troubled soul.

Old David sure did leave out a bunch! Thanks to congressional investigations in the 1940s, we know that the Rockefellers supplied Hitler's Third Reich with oil shipments through Spain and Switzerland; that the French branch of his Chase Bank, during WWII, fired their French manager and hired a (neutral) Swiss manager, who promptly handed over all the bank accounts of their Jewish customers to the occupying Nazis. We also know that David founded the Council of the Americas, which lobbied heavily for the passage of NAFTA, which stipulated Mexican banks could be privately owned, and thanks to President Zedillo's suddenly floating the peso against the dollar, so it could be arbitraged downwards, the banksters (including two of David's banks) quickly rushed in and bought 90% of the Mexican banks! Yes, David did know the Chinese premier, and when he accompanied Nixon to China, Rockefeller promptly established banking operations in both Beijing and Moscow in 1973. David, together with his lackey, Peter G. Peterson, founded the Peterson Institute, dedicated to ending or privatizing Social Security, ending Medicare/Medicaid, offshoring all American jobs, and following the dictates of the WTO's Financial Services Agreement. David's JPMorgan Chase bank certainly created the credit default swap, which was paramount in the global economic meltdown (unregulated CDSes equals infinite insurance fraud). David and his brother, Nelson, during the Eisenhower administration, certainly compromised and corrupted the Ex-Im Bank, destroying the original checks and balances involved, and allowing Wall Streeters to easily take it over for their own profit (likewise other US foreign aid programs). David summers every year in Chile, which also happened to be the last site of Josef Mengele's clinic of horrors, which it was rumored Rockefeller financed, as well as bringing Mengele over to South America after WWII. Yes, David attended the LSE and the Univ. of Chicago, both institutions financed by the Rockefeller family.
