This book was one of my favourite reads growing up as a child. I would definitely recommend Deborah Ellis' work!

I can't believe there is only ONE copy of this book in the entire CPL system. It's unbelievable.
I need 6 copies for a small group at a CPS school and can't afford to keep buying books for my classes. Order more copies!

she closed her eyes and imagined a cool, green valley, like the one her mother's family came from, only better and brighter than te way her mother had described it.
