If you're looking for a children's book that's a cross between a nonfiction and a picture book, this might be the book you're looking for. As it stands though, this book has no plot. It's only purpose is to talk about how the Ankylosaurus defends itself and its family with its tail, and otherwise is stale and rather boring.
