This is the best all around marine mechanical book out there. It is used as a textbook at the Seattle Central Community College's marine carpentry program. I'm a professional boatbuilder and I refer to it all the time. Nigel Calder explains some very technical stuff using precise language in an easy to understand way. If you have any kind of boat with an engine or systems, check out this book. It's good.
