Excellent! It pegged me to a 't' and helped me understand why I operate from a certain mindset and why others don't.

I can now appreciate what other personality types 'bring to the table' rather than wondering why they are focusing on things that seem insignificant or irrelevant to me.

very brief self-tests, and very repetitive.

This book changed the way I look at me when I am searching for a job "I can impact my work place with my caracter; I will not let a job change my caracter. If forced to do it the other way around, it is a signal a better job is waiting for me. This allows me to keep a stable and healthy personality despite changes in job types and positions"

This book has been immensely helpful. It's the first time I thought about personality and how it relates to work. Great book for anyone.

This book is great for learning about your personality, as well as careers that are best for you. I know several people, including myself, who found it to be very accurate.
