I'm not impressed with this mans lack of talent! the material on-the-other hand was informative!

The 1st episode made me wonder about this series - it actually gives air time to a wacko who believes that the pyramids in Egypt were built by Atlanteans. Almost turned me off completely but I persisited

The host doesn't do much/any archaeology but there are some interesting and informative visits to sites like Pompeii and Giza.

Stopped watching part way through the series during an episode in which the host persisted in making what to me smacked of racism (the one about the Lemba of S Africa who consider themselves to be one of the lost tribes of Israel)

I would rather watch 'Time Team' which has some fascinating (and real) archaeology
