Want to know what made (makes) Streisand such a big deal? Here it is! Her 1994 concert ushered her return to the stage as performer. Her previous full-on concert for the public was back in 1967 at A Happening In Central Park. Watch and learn. This is what star power is all about: a voice and an orchestra. and what a voice.

I'm one of those folks who have enjoyed her work previously, but have just recently appreciated what a star/artist of the century Ms. Barbra is - up there with Judy Garland.

The first DVD 2006 concert (when she was 64 years old) is terrific!!!

And I love her Galician (not Spanish) nose; seriously, I'm part eastern Polish).

Are you kidding me? KCLS has 3 copies of Barbra Streisand Live and no one has it checked out. This is the current Queen of Pop Music and she should not be ignored. She is just that great a star. Great concert footage for one of the greatest females vocalists of her generation.

What can I say? This woman is a true marvel who never disappoints. A wonderful collection of Streisand's concerts and some interesting back stories and extras. I definitely recommend this dvd set to anyone who is a fan.
