Hard to believe, but someone actually ripped pages 161 & 162 "The Golden Rules of Sleep" out of this book, lacking the brain power to use a copier.

This book and CD combined have helped me sleep so much better.

Although I felt the author talked a down to the audience a tiny bit, this book was great! I still listen to the CD before bed and I sleep 100 times better than before! If you have problems sleeping, give this a try! Good luck. :)

A quick and interesting read; there won't be anything new here for anyone who's read even *one* book about getting better sleep. I don't have a cd player, so I couldn't try the disc.

I thought the "tapping" method was ridiculous in "I Can Make You Thin" and still feel the same way, but I would definitely recommend trying it at least once.
