The story is supposed to be based on true events, and this makes the film more interesting. We are looking at children growing up in a very unusual environment - persecution and violence in Argentina in 1979. However, I have to say I think Juan's parents, despite their ideology, should not have exposed their two children to unnecessary risk. To me, that was not love, but recklessness. For this reason the story did not engage as it should have. Subtitles.
