This book is great for anyone who has a lot of food allergies but wants to try a vegan diet. Drawbacks are the small font and italicized ingredients, and absolutely no pictures. Recipes are generally straight-forward and uncomplicated. Often, a basic recipe is presented, then several variations. There is even a crêpe recipe.
