ADHD Awareness Month Picks for Adults

October is ADHD Awareness Month. Much of the literature and language around Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) skews towards children, but if you're an adult with ADHD, you're likely very aware of how its unique challenges can persist beyond childhood, and certainly beyond October. Whether intentional or incidental, these books are formatted with appeal to the ADHD brain: concise chapters, bullet points of main ideas, wide margins, easily digestible charts/illustrations, and most importantly, straightforward solutions addressing hurdles of the disorder, spanning from the most common to the most widely overlooked.
