"Frederick Augustus Hubbard ... was named Judge of the Borough Court ... and used the title "Judge" to identify himself in his weekly column in the Greenwich Press. Readers quickly learned to find him in the upper left-hand corner of the second section where The Judge's Corner appeared weekly from March 1928 to January 1933.
